Our clients come from all across the industry spectrum, from large corporations in America to the local artisan coffee shop; they’re as diverse as you can get – just like our portfolio.

We want someone unique, someone who:

  • Is willing to embrace and learn new UX, UI and design technologies
  • Has a strong eye for detail and a good grasp of visual language principles
  • Is a critical thinker, willing to challenge ideas to provide a better usability experience
  • Has high standards and is ready to challenge and influence based on usability rationale
  • Is able to work independently as a first-class team player, to meet challenging deadlines with a smile (and roll with the punches when things change)
  • Is open to constructive feedback and mentoring
  • Values a relaxed, friendly and supportive working culture with zero politics
  • Has a love of graphic design, art, and wider culture

  • Produce design concept briefs for desktop and responsive without compromising on usability
  • Develop design systems, including grids, interactive behavior, and visual style guides
  • Contribute ideas throughout the design process, assisting with project briefs from inception to completion
  • Research, interpret and apply the client’s visual language to new artwork and designs
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure UX rationale is understood, resulting in clear and impactful visuals

  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Sketch and Figma is preferred
