Chaptr x Bristol Cathedral
Chaptr is thrilled to announce our partnership with Bristol Cathedral, one of Bristol’s most magnificent and historic landmarks.
With a rich history dating back to the 12th century, the cathedral is a symbol of the city’s cultural and architectural heritage. Its stunning Gothic architecture, beautiful stained-glass windows, and serene interior spaces attract visitors from all over the world, making it an essential destination for anyone interested in exploring the history and culture of Bristol.
Founder at Chaptr, Joe Perkins, said:
“From the first interaction with the team at Bristol Cathedral, I knew this was a project that was perfect for Chaptr; there was a joint enthusiasm for the aims and ambitions, and we could visualise the elements of a stunning website based on their new visual identity. And through the new online experience – we hope to add to the impressive tally of over 200,000 visitors per year!”
Bristol Cathedral has partnered with Chaptr to create a new website that reflects its beautiful visual brand identity and creative direction. The website will be designed to provide an engaging and user-friendly experience for visitors and will be easy to manage in-house. The hope is that the new online experience will encourage even more people to visit the cathedral in person.
Martha Lewington, Development Director at Bristol Cathedral, expressed her excitement about the new website and the partnership with Chaptr, saying:
“We are delighted to work with Chaptr to deliver a new website for Bristol Cathedral that will bring our new brand identity online. It was particularly important for us to work with a company that shares our commitment to accessibility and environmental sustainability. We have not changed our website for many years and with Chaptr’s expertise, we are excited to create a website for the ages that is future-proof and will ensure we can reach both our existing audiences and entice a wide variety of new people to experience Bristol Cathedral as a place of sanctuary, prayer and music in the City”
We want to help Bristol Cathedral raise the bar for digital standards in its sector when it comes to websites and connect emotionally with more people online to raise its brand profile and increase footfall to such a marvellous cathedral.
