Music is a vital part of studio life at Chaptr.
It is a constant presence in the studio, and often a debate rages about what to put on next. Though we do have a cool trick to keep everyone happy. With this in mind, here are just some the albums that kept the studio creative and rocking in 2018:
Connor – Designer
Connor’s preferences this year were firmly fixed in the indie rock genre, with some choice picks from the likes of Parquet Courts.
Jesse – Developer
Jesse is on the bleeding edge of tech… and music, finding some gems in the alternative rock and indie scene from the likes of Fiddlehead.
Charles – Marketing
Charles is slightly more mainstream than his counterparts, seeking musical refuge in some experimental pop, some country, and Bruce Springsteen.
Matt – Creative Director
Matt flexed his creative muscles this year to some experimental piano in Nils Frahm, as well as some indie and alt-folk.
Joe – Managing Director
Joe did the business this year while singing along to Vance Joy, George Ezra and Chris.
Kirsty – Studio Manager
Kirsty dealt with all of our lovely clients to the eclectic sounds of some alt-rock and indie this year.
Elliott – Developer
Elliott got in the code-zone this year with a diverse mix of Post Malone, metal and some electronica.
